The CEBP functions as an umbrella entity for two State of Ohio Coordinating Center of Excellence (CCOE) initiatives, which are made possible with funding from the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS). Both CCOE initiatives share resources and work cooperatively.
The Ohio Substance Abuse and Mental Illness Coordinating Center of Excellence (Ohio SAMI CCOE) disseminates service models and other strategies that help improve quality of life and other outcomes for people with co-occurring mental illnes and substance use disorders.
