We launched our first website in early 2000. From the onset of that project, we have conceived our site primarily as an educational resource, one that should support our mission to help policymakers, administrators, and direct-service providers successfully implement and sustain evidence-based practices, emerging best practices, and other strategies that improve quality of life and other outcomes for people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
We hope you find this site a useful resource for fulfilling many of your how-to needs. The only way we can improve upon what we do is through feedback from you. We welcome and encourage your comments, questions, and suggestions. You may send us a note through the "contact us" section in the thin gray navigation bar above.
Below, we acknowledge those instrumental in providing support for our website along the way.

Community Mental-Health Organizations
The organizations listed below were initially funded in 1999 by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services to implement the New Hampshire-Dartmouth Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) model in the State of Ohio. Much of our first web site (for our Ohio SAMI CCOE initiative) was developed from information gathered during needs assessments with these IDDT-based SAMI programs.
