ABOUT THE ALL-OHIO INSTITUTE
The "11th All-Ohio
Institute on Community Psychiatry: Health Homes, Integrated Care and the
Future of Community Psychiatry" will explore integrated care as it
relates to Ohio’s Health Homes policy. It will also examine the evolving
role of community psychiatry practice in this new model of care.
Learning ObjectivesAt the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Identify components of the health home model applicable to their county in Ohio
- Compare and contrast models of integrating medical and behavior health care
- List
technologies that increase accessibilities and/or effectiveness in
behavioral health care practices such as electronic medical records,
telemedicine and emergency psychiatric assessment teams.
Program StructureThe event will feature several different types of presentations:
- "Workshop Sessions" will be interactive in nature and are scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
- "Showcases" are shorter presentations of about 30 minutes each.
- "Poster Presentations"
