IDDT Inpatient Fidelity Index
This document was created to guide the implementation of Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), the evidence-based practice, within inpatient psychiatric hospitals. It was created with reference to and as an adaptation of community-based IDDT fidelity scale, also available in this database.
The inpatient IDDT fidelity index was developed by the Ohio SAMI Coordinating Center of Excellence (CCOE)—an initiative of the Center for Evidence-Based Practices at Case Western Reserve University—and the State of Ohio’s inpatient Behavioral Healthcare Organizations (BHOs).
