This 40-page booklet is a practical guide for implementing and sustaining Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), the evidence-based practice. It is designed to guide service organizations and service systems through incremental stages of implementation. The booklet is organized in five sections/stages with descriptions of 8 to 12 practical action steps in each.
The processes described in this document may also be applied to the implementation of other evidence-based practice. This booklet is based upon published research and the practice experiences of consultants, trainers, and evaluators at the Center for Evidence-Based Practices (CEBP) at Case Western Reserve University and its Ohio SAMI Coordinating Center of Excellence (CCOE) initiative.
