The CEBP works closely with service systems and organizations to adapt each evidence-based practice or other innovation to the unique culture of their communities and organizations, while maintaining fidelity to the model or innovation.

Consultation
We provide consultation that supports service-systems change, organizational change, and clinical change simultaneously. Our five-stage process of consultation will help you plan, implement, and evaluate realistic outcomes over time with self-sufficiency.

Training
We emphasize that training by itself is not the most effective method for enhancing practices and improving outcomes. Training must be reinforced daily and supported by effective supervision and management. Our training supports organizational self-sufficiency.

Evaluation & Research
Our evaluation services provide support for fidelity and outcomes. We help service systems and organizations evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of evidence-based practices and other innovations.

Professional Networks
Our Center provides and encourages opportunities for professional peer-support within and across service systems and disciplines. These professional networks provide a forum for everyone to share the lessons they are learning about implementation.
