Training events about SMI, addictions emphasize group interactions, learning practical skills

Kick off the new year right. Expand your knowledge and learn practical skills for providing more effective treatment for people with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. We are offering a number of training events in January, February, and March 2011 in southeast Ohio (Cambridge) and central Ohio (Columbus) and with a video-conference series to multiple sites in Ohio.

We design our events to utilize case vignettes, group interaction, exercises, and examples specific to the unique practice settings of participants. We emphasize that skill development is accomplished through practice and effective supervision in the work environment. Learn more about our approach to consulting and training. CEUs are available.
