1.) Title: Implementing Evidence-Based Practices in Cuyahoga County, Part 1 & 2

Panel Presenter: Patrick E. Boyle, MSSA, LISW-S, LICDC, director of implementation services at the Center for Evidence-Based Practices (CEBP) at Case Western Reserve University and its Ohio SAMI CCOE initiative.

Description: Cuyahoga County has a broad array of evidence-based practices and emerging best practices available to assist consumers along the road to recovery. The Center for Evidence Based-Practices at Case Western Reserve University facilitates this discussion of how it supports the implementation of each of these projects, which include the following:

  • Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT)
  • Supported Employment (SE)/ Individual Placement Support (IPS)
  • Dual Disorders Capability in Addictions Treatment/ Mental Health Treatment (DDCAT, DDCMHT)
  • Project RESTORE
  • Consumer Outcomes Monitoring Tool (COM-T)

2.) Title: FIRST Cuyahoga County: An Early Identification and Treatment of Psychosis Program
