Learning Objectives
  1. Describe the scope of the current opiate epidemic in the State of Ohio.
  2. List several practical things that can be done by psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to combat the opiate epidemic.
  3. Review local, state, and national resources which can be helpful for patients, family members, and staff, as related to the opiate epidemic.
