Employment Network (EN)
This web page explains the purpose of an Employment Network (EN). It is a
public or private organization—such as a mental-health service
organization—that enters into a contract with the Social Security
Administration (SSA) to coordinate and deliver employment services,
vocational rehabilitation (VR) services, and/or other support services
under the Ticket-To-Work Program.

WIPA | Work Incentives Planning and Assistance
There are 104 Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) Projects
across the United States and its territories. The WIPA projects work
with Social Security beneficiaries who have disabilities. WIPA helps
people who receive SSI or SSDI with job placement, benefits planning,
and career development.
