"Best of SAMHSA Resources for DDCAT and DDCMHT" is a list
of free materials produced by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA) that are especially useful for the
implementation of Dual Diagnosis Capability (DDCAT & DDCMHT), an organizational assessment and planning tool. The list below is produced by the consultants and
trainers of the Center for Evidence-Based Practices at Case Western Reserve University and includes the following:
